1. Shipping Coverage We proudly offer Pan-India shipping. Whether you are located in a metro city or a remote town, we deliver to all serviceable pin codes across India.

2. Order Processing Time

  • All orders are processed and dispatched within 1 to 2 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays) after receiving your order confirmation.
  • You will receive a notification once your order has been shipped.

3. Estimated Delivery Times Delivery timelines depend on your location. Standard delivery times are as follows:

  • Metro & Tier-1 Cities: 2 to 4 business days.
  • Tier-2, Tier-3 Cities & Other Areas: 4 to 7 business days. (Please note: Delivery times are estimates. Occasional delays may happen due to weather conditions, public holidays, or unforeseen logistical challenges.)

4. Shipping Charges

  • Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout before you complete your payment.

5. Order Tracking Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email or SMS notification containing your tracking number and a tracking link. You can use this link to check the real-time status of your delivery.

6. Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses Please ensure that you provide a complete and accurate shipping address, including the correct pin code and a working phone number. We are not responsible for delayed, lost, or returned packages due to incorrect or incomplete address details provided at the time of checkout.

7. Missing or Lost Packages If your tracking information shows that your package was delivered but you have not received it, please contact us within 48 hours at +91 9359315949. We will coordinate with our delivery partners to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
